Before coming to a class, try to avoid eating for at least 2 hours or just keep it to a light snack to obtain the best benefits and enjoyment from the class.

Please wear comfortable clothing in layers such as a t-shirt, joggers and jacket, which could be removed it you become too hot. The only equipment, which is essential, is a mat, which you can hire at the studio if required. Yoga should be practiced in your bare feet but other useful items are a blanket for relaxation, cushion and also possibly a yoga strap and block but not essential.

Life is very busy for most people but it is important to try and be at a class at least 5/10 minutes before it starts, as it is important to enjoy the experience fully to achieve all its benefits.
